Sam Kochanek

Sam joined Inovus in May 2024, coming from a background in Healthcare Technology. They most recently worked at a tech startup focused on healthcare accessibility and inclusivity with a patient-centered approach. Sam loves working with all teams across an organization to leverage understanding of their coworkers’ roles in their Project Management approach. They have a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Carleton College, with minors in Gender Studies and Spanish (they studied for a semester in Chile and Argentina!).

Outside of work, you can find Sam pursuing their love for fitness through Personal Training, engaging with the Chicago Queer community, and enjoying time outside by Lake Michigan - no matter the season.
